Hi guys, someone know what kind of ZA alloy are used to make the japanese Iaito?

I know that are diferents alloys, but trying to find wich are the one used for Japanese Iaito

I know that are diferents alloys, but trying to find wich are the one used for Japanese Iaito if your in the states call jason and ask for a paul chen gorin iato its got a blunt edged stainless steel blade about 0.28 thick at the habaki and you'll not be dissapointed gauranteed plus it has real silver fittings.:ohyeah:

I think they are made of duralumin.

I made one out of aluminium foil, its not as good as the Japanese ones though.

That's probably because it's only the Japanese manufacturers who know exactly which Zinc alloys they're using and that's not likely to become common knowledge or everybody would be making them.......if they're not already. ;)
