lesbian vampire porn? that's very disturbing, in that I didn't know about it.Anyway besides ninja scroll I've been watching, basilisk,&7 samurai and afro samurai.I like the premise of afro samurai, there's a number 1 and a number 2 only #2 can fight #1 but everybody gets a whack at #2.Good stuff.

Ninja Scroll, Samurai x and all related. Kamui no ken is a must see, Peacemaker, Samurai deeper kyo. These are on my opinion the best samurai and ninja related anime out there.

Shura no Toki seemed promising but i only saw about 3 episodes. I have to with kenshin as well.... ultimate replay value, i have seen the entire series about 4 times now.

My favs are Basilisk, Samuai X, Samurai Deeper Kyo( although I like the manga better cas people tend to mess up stuff in the anime), Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai Champloo, and Naruto(no one ever seems to like Naruto). Thats all I can think of at the moment. What is the title of the movie where kenshin and kaurou are older and they have a son and kenshin dies at the end due to some wierd disease he has? I almost cried when I saw that cas he was the greatest swordsmen and he died cas of a dumb disease. Also, why cant he remember his name and why does his cross scar disappear when he dies?

*WARNING* Thar be spoilers in yonder post. *WARNING*

The movie you are thinking of is Samurai X: Reflection. The disease I believe is TB. He has amnesia because of the ship wreck, which is why he can't remember. The reason his scar disappears is what we in the business call "symbolism," and it is symbolic of the fact that he has atoned for his wrongdoings as an assassin.

I need the opionion of some anime fans, is Afro Samurai good? I have also looked into Samurai Champloo (Box Set) along with Rurouni Kenshin, what are all the variations of Kenshin (Box Sets if applicable)

Brian,
Anime is strange, when it isn't geared toward a younger audience it is really good. But as an adult, I find most of it too juvenile for my tastes.
Samurai Champloo is probably the best of all the TV anime, The storyline is great, very engaging and humorous, I have seen every episode, and I would watch all a second time. I have seen all of Afro Samurai also, [Samuel Jackson!] it is good also, but strange. Reminds me some, of the black rappers who put out the Kung Fu movies. Both of these are worth getting.
The others I have not seen, so cannot comment on. One thing I have noticed though, is Japanese Horror anime always seems geared toward adults. With extreme violence and sexual content it is definitly not for the young.

5 I think, I checked out some of the directors commentary, each episode was around $1,000,000.00, they probably had to wait and see if the first 5 would pay off

Samurai Champloo and Afro Samurai are good. Kenshin is sort of a toss up. Some people like the anime, some prefer the manga. In the series, after the Kyoto arc, it becomes fillers for the rest of the series. The movies, which are the Samurai X films, are excellent.

http://app.vendio.com/storefront?view=ITEM_DETAIL&lid=286684480&cid=22952129&mode=1 this isn't an easy one to come by, keep in mind these are DVR copies of the movie, I am unsure of how good the video transfer is, but I have bought from her before and never had a problem. Why this film hasn't been released in the US or by the Criterion Collection is strange, especially since it was written by Akira Kurosawa. I will also contact the guys at Animeigo and see if they know what happed to this film, or if they could try and get the license to it for production
