They also make good kives if you can find them!!! found a meteor fragment on the ground here at work. Gave it to my grand-daughter for show an tell at school.

a filipino movie series called "Panday" (lit. blacksmith) features the late filipino king of action movies Fernando Poe Jr. as the blacksmith Flavio who forges a magical sword from a meteor.

It seems I saw a movie about the making of the Bowie Knife in the 50's or 60's that claimed it was made with a meteor. Was it with Richard Widmark as Jim Bowie?

Man's first sorce of iron was from meteorites, there's a guy out in arizona that makes knives from them expensive cause meteors are expensive. so i suppose it follows that if ya found a granddaddy meteorite you could forge a sword from it .

They have a meteor in the museum of natural history that you could equip a small army with.Didn't Conan have a sword or knife made from a meteor?(the book Conan not the movie)

O-kay,here's another chance to collect that meteor to make your sword of might,or just use any meteor jokes you have left over,The Geminid shower,Dec,13-14.If you watch one meteor shower this year this is the one.worth looking up the info on this one.Good luck and remember,It's cosmic man !
