Polish,How much?

I just bought the matagi hunter can't wait to hold this knife.I was looking around the man cave and realized,that even though I had four Japanese style swords I didn't have any REAL japanese steel.So I thought I'd get this knife and solve that problem.Has anyone heard anything about these knives ,or does anyone have one?Also what the heck is blue steel?:)
