This is probably the most realistic Ninja movie I have ever seen. In most ninja movies they have special powers or have 50' verticals, not in Shinobi No Mono. Ishikawa Goemon is a talented young ninja who is caught up in a plan to assassinate Oda Nobunaga, an evil warlord who is determined to rule Feudal Japan with an iron fist. No easy task to begin with, there is also a rival ninja clan out for Goemon. This movie has it all deceit, treachery, and the first ninja flick I have seen where they incorporate nearly every known ninja weapon. The movie is in black and white which makes for some hard to see scenes at night, but nothing putting on my glasses didn't fix. If you are interested in True ninja weaponry and tactics, this is a movie for you. This movie is available through most online stores like Amazon and Best buy, but overstock.com has the best price I have found $18, currently they are out of stock, but they will most likely have more in a week or so.
