well guys ive done it again and treated meself to some new cutting irons
and real beautys too two yvsa cherokee specials one with carved handles
one with inserts on the handles both very rare himalayan imports one h.i. ultimate fighter engraved blade red scabard one h.i. bowie black horn handle with exposed tang one engraved iraqi freedom on one side and on the other let tyrants fear war on terorrism by khukuri house with light tan scabard
one ladies kuk by h.i.called a haiyisa (looks like a sycal) plus several others heres the pics

Geez Mick they're beautiful, love the carved handles but they're all very nice.
I gotta ask a question though, where in heck do you KEEP all of -em??????

thats easy goose some on disply in the sitting room most on display in the bedroom the rest stored in plastic containers ands then rotated as and when i get bored at looking at those on display strange thing is i seem to be devoloping a preference for kuks more than my other pieces.

Nothing strange in loving kuks. I WANT that tan one, I'm in love! Don't make me come over there! The wife doesn't happen to collect Murano glass does she? Very very nice Mic, thanks for sharing, your alright for an English bloke.

well bobo i double dog dare you to come and get it:blackeye: seriously tho that one was made by khukuri house thamel in honour of the american and british soldiers who lost there lives in the iraqi conflict theres also one for the afghan conflict and one for the nepalese v.c. winners the pics you see are those sent to me by the folkes im aquiring ? them from so i'll do better pics as time allows.

Well at least you didn't triple double dog dare me, not sure if they would even let me in England. mic, I was just talking to my nephew on facebook, he has a CIB from afgan, I think I would like to get him one of these, where would I go to look into this. His quote today when someone commented on him not smiling in a photo," killza don't smile, unless H.E. is involled''. Kids these days.Thanks for the info.

if i understand you right if your after a kuk like mine google (khukuri house)
click to get on there web page and order direct from them how long it takes i dont know i think its somwhere in the region of 3 to 4 weeks
as for the triple dog dare british customs and mako would take care of two of them that leaves only one do you really fancey your chances with

ok guys
ive had 8 nice kuks dilivered today a couple of which would be akin to finding the holy grail there that rare/well built / superberbly finished/and made by the royal kami bura he's the only one allowed to make kuks for the nepalese royal family(whats left of them after a royal prince ran amok and used most of them for target practice i'll do the pics when the main p.c. gets fixed the cooling fan for the processor threw a wobbler my p.c techi pal is going to fix it new fan about 4 dollars a cup of tea and biscutes for his time and bobs your uncle or bobo's your uncle in my case=))

LOL, Mic Thanks for the info, I've been to that site so should be no problem. My chances sound pretty slim, so no bet. A CIB stands for combat infantry badge, means someone shot at you and hopefully you shot back. Means he was in the shat. bobo's your uncle lol just doesn't have the same ring to it. Thanks again. Look forward to seeing the new stuff.

from khukuri house thamel there is another that looks just like the tan one i have operation afgahn or somthing like that as soon as i find it i'll post details here should look great matched with his cib

be warned tho its a black leather scabard with a tan cloth cover not tan leather as mine

ive just checked mine a little more closely its not leather
its like a soft plasticy material on a cloth backing what a bummer
still its the kuk and the two side knives that matter i can allways put it
in a normal black leather scabard with a tan cloth cover as some folkes do to protect the
the scabard when its in use or just use the original scabard if its for display only
