Zatoichi Colletions 1 & 2

These are from the Telivision Series of Zatoichi, I have never seen any of them so I picked up both. Unfortunatly all the disk had come off the middle hanger, and everyone had scratches, but I did get to watch one before I returned them and it was very simmilar to the movies. I am not yet sure if this is an extension from the movies, but I will keep you updated when they arrive again

Well I ended up buying replacements of these DVD's since the seller hasn't contacted me, and I returned the damaged DVD's 4 weeks ago. As for the movies, they are great, it is a 70's TV show series so the video transfer isn't great, but each episode is like a mini movie. My favorite so far is "Two Zatoichi" where an old friend of Ichi's is pretending to be Zatoichi to get money from a Yakuza clan. I would recommend any fan of the Zatoichi movies buy these, you won't be disappointed

As a side note: Stay away from the Amazon seller Caiman, I still haven't gotten a replacement or refund and it has been 4 weeks, avoid this seller at all costs
